PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric equipment-incorporated tool storage case, easy in carrying together with the other electric equipment such as a voice device except for a tool body, and endurable against pollution such as dust of a work site. SOLUTION: When the voice device is particularly incorporated as the electric equipment, the tool storage case 120 is used as an enclosure of a pair of loudspeakers 20 and 21, and a sound path space of the pair of loudspeakers is separated by partition walls 122 and 124 for partitioning storage parts 135 and 136 in the tool storage case 120. A power source switching circuit 102 of an AC/DC converter power source 101 or a battery DC power source 5 is constituted in the tool storage case 1, and power wiring or mutual wiring 28 of the electric equipment such as the voice device 16 is applied along the partition walls 122 and 124 in the tool storage case 1, and the electric equipment such as the voice device 16 and a battery charger 4 is operated in a state of closing a storage side case 1 and a cover side case 2.
