The movement guiding device comprises a track member (5) on which a roller rolling part (5a) for rolling the rollers (7) thereon is formed, a movement member (6) on which a load roller rolling part (6a) facing the roller rolling part (5a) is formed, the plurality of rollers (7) disposed in a roller circulating route including a load roller rolling passage (9) between the roller rolling part (5a) of the track member (5) and the roller rolling part (6a) of the movement member (6), and the plurality of retainers (8) interposed between the plurality of rollers (7). The plurality of retainers (8) are separated from each other, and each of the retainers (8) is divided into a first divided body (31) in contact with one roller (7) of the pair of rollers (7) holding the retainer (8) and a second divided body (32) in contact with the other roller (7). The first divided body (31) can be rotated relative to the second divided body (32).</p>
