FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of electric engineering and is to be implemented in explosion-proof switchgears designed for distribution of electric power supply in coal mines. The explosion-proof switchgear cabinet consists of a door-covered housing and a drawout-mounted device equipped with a switching unit (apparatus) that moves along parallel guides. The guides are represented by two sections, pivotally-connected via an axle, that are virtually each other's horizontal extensions projecting outside the housing with their ends free. Within the plane of contact there are pins and throughholes arranged perpendicular to the axle, with the guides free ends interconnected via a brace rod. ^ EFFECT: technology simplification combined with improved reliability of the switch-equipped drawout-mounted device movement for examination and maintenance. ^ 5 dwg
