PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-operability microscope apparatus for surgical operation with which the main body of microscope can be moved by a little operational force even when a photographing device is attached to the main body of microscope. SOLUTION: This apparatus is composed of a main body 7 of microscope and a frame having an inclining mechanism for supporting the main body 7 of microscope and inclining the main body 7 of microscope with one point O as a center and balanced moving mechanism for vertically and horizontally moving the main body 7 of microscope and the inclining mechanism while canceling their weight. In this case, photographing devices 26 and 27 can be attached near the central position O of inclination at the main body 7 of microscope, and one part of a light guide means or a photographic optical system for optically connecting light made incident into the main body 7 of microscope to the photographing devices 26 and 27 is arranged inside the main body 7 of microscope at least. |
