<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified stabilizer for milk-containing drink where milk scum, white float, oil off and/or precipitation is/are suppressed, which does not affect the flavor of the drink, and to provide milk-containing drink containing the stabilizer. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsified stabilizer for milk-containing drink comprises sodium gluconate and/or potassium gluconate, and an emulsifier.
