<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source which can prevent thermal and electric influence between semiconductor light emitting elements for an image recording device which records an image by using light beams emitted by a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements. SOLUTION: A light source unit 8 is equipped with a ceramic-made wiring board 52 which has conductive patterns 55 and 63 formed on its top surface and a plurality of LED (light emitting diode) elements which are arrayed on an end surface 5o9 of the wiring board 52. Here, the area of the top surface of the wiring board 52 is much larger than the area of its end surface 50. The image recording device records an image by using lights beams emitted by the plurality of LED elements.</p> |
