<p>The invention relates to a spike for the tread (1) of a vehicle tire, particularly a winter tire. Said spike comprises a member (2) which can be introduced at least in part into the tread (1) of the vehicle tire. According to the invention, the portion of the member (2), which can be introduced into the tread (1), is at least partly embodied in a conical or truncated manner, the base (3) of the conical or truncated portion (4) of the member (2) that is introduced into the tread (1) pointing towards the interior of the vehicle tire.</p> |
