Preparation of a grained foil/multi-layer foil laminate with upper and lower foils, where the foil or upper foil of the foil laminate are based on a mass, contains polyolefin, polymer and additives, comprises cross-linking the foil or foil laminate after the grinding step to obtain a grain structure, where the foil or upper foil before the grinding step exhibits a gel content of 3-15 wt.% measured after 24-hours of extraction in boiling xylol through a partially networked polyolefin. Independent claims are included for: (1) a foil or foil laminate obtained by using the procedure; and (2) an interior paneling of a motor vehicle comprising the foil or foil laminate. |
