<p>The device has a force lever (9) connected with a kettle (1) of a drum such that the skin is not pulled over the side of the kettle. The force is transmitted from the force lever to a turn lever due to the terminal actuation of the force lever. The force from the turn lever is transmitted to a lifting unit from which the force is transmitted to a middle region of the kettle base such that the kettle is moved upwards against the skin. An independent claim is also included for a method for tuning a kettle drum.</p> |
