The transport holder for the outside wall of the vehicle has at least one holding profile (22a) fixed on the outside wall of the vehicle door (21a) transversely to the vertical axis of the door. The holding profile is associated at a distance underneath with a counter holder (28) on the outside wall which forms at least one additional lower support region for at least one transport item (24,25) which is held by an upper support region on the holding element which detachably locks onto the holding profile. The counter holder can be magnetic for individual positioning on the outside wall. The holder can be designed to take removable luggage.
