The device has a receiving unit to receive broadcasting or television signals, and a decoder to decode and process the signals. An output unit reproduces the decoded and processed signals, and a control unit controls the units and decoder. An input/output interface (7) connects the electronic device to an external data network (8) to transmit feedbacks, which are inputted by a participant using an input device, through the network.
