Dietary food (I), preferably in the form of powders, dietary drinks, desserts, chocolate bars, soups, sauces, pastry, comprises fatty acids that are natural fatty acids with a chain length of up to 18C atoms and are present as free fatty acids or their salts, where the free fatty acid and fatty acids bound as monoglyceride are at least partially saturated and/or unsaturated fatty acids. Independent claims are included for: (A) preparation of (I); and (B) food comprising added fatty acid mixture, where the fatty acids are essentially natural fatty acids with a chain length of C18 and are essentially present as free fatty acids or their salts and bound as monoglyceride that are at least partially saturated and/or simply unsaturated fatty acids. |
