<p>The tool has two drives (15, 16) for rotating the mandrel and cold rolling bar end, at least one of which allows for the lengthwise travel of the component connected to it by means of a third rotary drive (17). The mandrel and bar drives are identical so that the tool, made up of two assemblies (11, 12), is reversible. Each assembly comprises a rigid hollow housing (13, 14) fitted with a drive (15, 16) and having an aperture (18, 19) for one of the components, the two housings being moved relative to one another by the third drive (17).</p> |
