The method involves starting of closing of a clasp (21) from its end till intermediate position to partially connect an edge of a cover (10) and an edge of a rear panel (19). The rigid structure is integrated with a unit chosen among the edge of the cover and edge of the panel. The closing of the clasp is continued from the intermediate position in a direction of its another end. An independent claim is also included for a seat for implementing seat lining method.
