The scaffolding has external and internal vertical bars (26, 29) located in external and internal zones comprising two support units supporting against outer and inner surfaces of an exterior wall, below and above window recesses (12, 14), respectively. Corners (38, 38`) fixed in a vertically adjustable manner to the bar (26), has a vertical branch and horizontal branches (40, 40`) supporting a horizontal platform (18). The support units have rubber support pads (28a, 32a). The internal vertical bar has a third support unit supported on the inner surface of the wall, below the window recesses, where the support unit has a rubber support pad (34a). The platform is apt to be positioned below and above the level of lower and upper edges of the window recesses.
