The assembly has a flange (2) soldered to a bar of a sash-bolt and including a rectangular tube. An axle (4) of a handle (3) is implanted at center of lateral faces of the tube and is integrated to the flange by riveting. The tube is opened on its upper part for swinging the handle in an opening position. The handle includes bosses for preventing horizontal displacement of the handle in a closed position if the axle is withdrawn.
