<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, etc., capable of making mutual communication between apparatuses existing in an arbitrary network, while relieving burden on the infrastructure construction of the Internet and evading a situation to cause trouble in using the Internet by a user. <P>SOLUTION: When a request with a ticket (an authenticator) issued by an authentication server 110 attached thereto is received from first and second apparatuses 210, 220 in the communication management system, transmission and reception ports corresponding to the ticket are set to a tunnel server 120. When the request is received from the first apparatus 210, the transmission and reception ports of the first apparatus 210 in the tunnel server 120 are respectively connected to the reception and transmission ports of the second apparatus 220 which is designated as the communication opposite party of the first apparatus 210.
