RECEIVER, TRANSMITTER, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of data loss due to reconstruction of data.

SOLUTION: The receiver comprises a section 60 for acquiring notification of data reconstruction in a lower layer, and a section 70 for notifying/designating the sequence number in the upper layer of desired data being received to a transmitter. The transmitter comprises an RLC processing section 40 for acquiring the sequence number in the upper layer of desired data being received from the receiver and performs reconstruction from the data of that sequence number.
