<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network defence system, a network defence method, a monitoring manager, and a program, capable of receiving substantially instantaneously receiving information for an attack or illicit access which has been generated in a place having no relation from a fire wall side, and taking a measure to the same illicitness. <P>SOLUTION: A detection system 20 detects illicit information and forms detection information. The fire wall 10 analyzes the detection information.
