PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper display control of each wireless telephone even when the wireless telephone is used as the telephone of a telephone system. SOLUTION: This telephone interface unit 1 provided between a controller 7 and a base station device 2 expands a delay control command about visible display or audible display on the wireless telephone 5 in a control command from the controller 7 as MAP information to a storing part for each wireless telephone 5, distributes a display update command to instruct update of each display state based on the MAP information to respective wireless telephones 5, and also distributes a display update command to instruct update of each display state based on the MAP information of the wireless telephone 5 to the wireless telephone 5 in response to a display update request command from the wireless telephone 5.
