PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color partially replacing device and a system which can be more easily handled than conventional ones, and in which a color selection range can be easily grasped and modified. SOLUTION: The device for partially replacing colors in an image color space is equipped with a first means for indicating a primary color space (i); a second means for showing the distribution of the R value, G value, and B value of pixels of the primary color space in a histogram, subjecting a range of color that is required for replacement to threshold processing and extracting a color space (ii), a third means for indicating the color space extracted through the means (ii) (iii), a fourth means for selecting colors which are replaced (iv), and a fifth means for fitting a color space subjected to color replacement into the primary color space and indicating it (v).
