PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center device capable of reducing development time and effort for each model or carrier. SOLUTION: The center device connected communicable to a terminal device acquires processing instruction data including an instruction of branch processing and an image description information set with a plurality of images to be presented in accordance with a result of the branch processing described therein, generates a program for a terminal device for making the terminal device 3 execute the branch processing about the instruction and the presentation processing of an image corresponding to the branch processing on the basis of the acquired processing instruction data, and transmits the generated program for a terminal device to the terminal device 3.
