PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron power supply device obviating the need of a choke coil while employing an inverter style, capable of removing a ripple by a newly incorporated resistance element, and improving performance by stabilizing a system. SOLUTION: This magnetron power supply device is composed by incorporating an inverter including a power switch and a pulse transformer, and a magnetron oscillator. The device is so structured that the resistance element is incorporated on the ground side or the high voltage side of the magnetron oscillator, and the resistance element is insulated when the resistance element is incorporated on the high voltage side.
