PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricator for a vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism, capable of simply lubricating the claw of a ratchet mechanism forming the vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism. SOLUTION: A flexible band plate 21 is inserted between the claw and the gear of the ratchet mechanism forming the vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism from its one curvedly formed end part. Brushes 22 are planted on both sides in the width direction of the band plate 21 along its longitudinal direction at prescribed intervals, and soaked lubricating oil is injected to the claw and the journaling surface of a support shaft. A rocking member 23 is formed on the band plate 21, and is rocked in the diameter direction of the claw and the gear to make the lubricating oil fit to the claw and the journaling surface of the support shaft.
