PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a contact failure and a connection failure by increasing a restoring force of a contact, and to facilitate mounting and removing work. SOLUTION: Each contact comprises a contact part, an intermediate conductor including a U-shaped curved part, and a relay connection part. A socket insulator 500 is provided with an IC housing part 510, and lock parts 520a, 520b. The contact is held so that the contact part and the relay connection part are displaceable.
