PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use contents by matching user's movement/behavior with the reproducing timing of contents of a reproduction target to reproduce the contents so that synchronism and responsiveness are high. SOLUTION: A change in user's movement/behavior/state is detected by a body movement detection part 61, and based on the detection result, the timing (e.g., periodicity) of the change in user's movement/behavior/state is predicted by a movement/behavior predicting part 62. The timing of contents reproducing processing is controlled by a contents timing adjusting part 63 so that the timing of the change in predicted user's movement/behavior/state is synchronized with timing of the contents of a reproduction target determined according to the timing information.
