PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device capable of reducing the deflection of a driven rotary body for transmitting a rotating force to a winding body. SOLUTION: This opening/closing device comprises the winding body 31 supported rotatably, the driven rotary body 41 roughly coaxially engaged with the end part of the winding body 31 to transmit the rotating force to the winding body 31, and an endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 applied to the outer peripheral surface of the driven rotary body 41 and transmitting the rotating force to the driven rotary body 41. The winding body 31 is rotated by the rotating force of the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 to take in and let out the opening/closing body 10 by the winding body 31. The driven rotary body 41 is rotatably supported by engaging the portion of the winding body 31 on the centrifugal force direction of its outer peripheral surface with a support member 42 fixed to an immovable position in the circumferential direction.
