PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine capable of making free stretching operation so that an operator on a seat can push a seat back down at the time of a break. SOLUTION: The seat 31 having the seat back 34 capable of being reclined to a seat cushion 32 by a reclining mechanism 33 is installed in a cab 17 mounted on the body. An energizing means 41 elastically supporting the seat back 34 is installed in a free state to make a lock release of the reclining mechanism 33 of the seat 31. An operation system locking means 44 locking an operation system of a working device 16 is installed in a free state to make the lock release of the reclining of the seat back 34.
