PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire monitor unit equipped with a fitting structure capable of positively holding a fitting state on a rim. SOLUTION: A holder 20 is secured on an outer-periphery surface of the rim R with adhesives and a housing 10 is inserted into the holder. Its extension 10a is fitted into an opening 20a in the holder and engagement members 11, 12 provided on both sides thereof are engaged with engagement holes 21, 22 in the holder, which are then retained so as to cause no play in the peripheral and radial directions of the rim by means of elastic forces of tongue sections 13, 14.
