PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the length of a bar-shaped body for reinforcement, and prevent a door from being bent into a cabin at the time of collision on a vehicle side. SOLUTION: A rack portion 30 extended to the outside of the vehicle body and going along a front/rear direction of the door is formed at the lower portion of its periphery in a door inner panel 22, and a first vertical wall portion 31 orthogonally extended toward the lower portion is formed at an outside edge portion in a vehicle width direction of the rack portion 30. A bent portion 32 which is bent upward in an arc condition is continuously formed at a rear portion of the rack portion 30, and a second vertical wall portion 33 orthogonally extended to the lower and rear portions of the vehicle body from the outside edge portion in a vehicle width direction of the bent portion 32 is formed. An extension portion 48 is formed from a fixed portion 46 of a rear gusset 36 in which a rear edge portion 34A of an impact beam 34 is fixed to the bent portion 32 side of the door inner panel 22, and the extension portion 48 is fixed at the outer side surface of the vehicle body of the second vertical wall portion 33 of the door inner panel 22.
