PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a delivered disc, while preventing a console surface and a display surface of a panel unit from being made difficult to visually confirm by an opened monitor unit. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle device with monitor includes: a monitor unit 30 operated between the housed state and the open state at the upper stage part of an outer casing 10; a disc drive mechanical unit 40 housed in the lower stage part of the outer casing 10; a console panel unit 20; sliding mechanisms 11, 12a, 12b. 13, 15 for sliding the console panel unit 20 between a first position closer to an opening 10a of the outer casing than the forefront position Popen of the opened monitor unit 30 and a second position further forward from the first position; and a control means 60 for controlling the sliding mechanisms to slide the console panel unit 20 between the first position and the second position when the monitor unit 30 is opened.
