PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat pad easily reducing an abnormal noise emitted by a friction with a metal material provided in a seat frame. SOLUTION: This seat pad 1 which is formed of a resin foam molded body and is assembled with its back face opposed to the seat frame is disposed with a nonwoven fabric 3 locked with a resin tag pin 4 having a wide-width head part on a surface of a portion coming into contact with at least the metal member provided in the seat frame.
