PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in which a taking-out port of contents can be easily formed in one face of the surface and back surface of a bag body part after filling and hermetically sealing various kinds of the contents. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag 1, a bottom seal part 3 is provided on one ridge of a bag body part 2 by using a surface side laminate material and a back surface side laminate material, an opening part 4 is formed on the opposing ridge, side seal parts 5 and 6 are provided on both sides, and a notch is formed in an edge of one side seal part. A perforation formed in the surface side laminate material extends from one side seal part to the end of the other side seal part parallel to an opening part at the position on the opening part side from a center of a bag body part. A dot-like peeled varnish part 14a of a partially peeled varnish layer provided on the surface side laminate material is provided totally between the perforation and the opening part, and a solid-like peeled varnish part 14b is provided at the position on the opening part side adjacent to the perforation of one side seal part. A half-cut part provided on the surface side laminate material is provided between the perforation and the opening part, and a notch is formed in a lower end of the bottom seal part side of the solid-like peeled varnish part.
