The lens admission chamber is arranged in the housing (2) in feed direction of ductile piston (3) for arranging the intraocular lens in unfolded condition and the lens is folded at the interior wall of the housing by deformation. The housing is separated by the piston drive formed as a piston cylinder unit arranged in a sterile storage container. The piston is used to supply fluid in the housing. The gap is arranged between the piston and intraocular lens (1) for viscoelastic solution. The housing exhibits opening, through which the piston and the intraocular lens are arranged and the opening is liquid lockable by a housing seal. The piston exhibits middle piston part having circular cross section, wing-shaped projections are diametrically arranged on its both side and elastically ductile frustum shaped piston part in its distal end. The projections exhibit a wedge-shaped cross section, whose thicker part lies at the middle piston and a piston guide is arranged in the housing and extended in feed direction of an exit position of the piston for lens folding mechanism (5). The housing is solvably fastened to a cover of the storage container and the cover exhibits a holder. An injection cannula is attached to the open distal end of the intraocular lens. The piston is drivable by pressure and/or liquid at the housing attached piston drive of displaced fluid media.
