<p>A bend and peel child resistant and senior friendly tamper evident package which has a blister sheet with at least one blister pocket projecting from a front side thereof, a foil layer adhered to a back side of the blister sheet to form a continuous cover over the blister pocket, a reinforcing layer of paperboard material having a first side thereof at least partially adhered to the foil layer at selected locations, and a tear strip formed in the paperboard layer, the tear strip overlying the blister pocket, the tear strip having a tab located at first end thereof, the tab being non- adhered to the foil layer.</p> |
