<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit which can suppress the low frequency components of an input current and also can reduce power loss while using a small-capacity input capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: It turns on one hand of n-type MOS transistors Q2 and Q3, according to the polarity of AC voltage vac, and switches an n-type MOS transistor Q1 in this condition. Thus, an AC current is outputted from terminals TN3-TN4. Moreover, in parallel with this, it controls the time ratio of ON and OFF of n-type MOS transistors Q4 and Q5, so that an average current idc inputted in TN1-TN2 on DC side may be constant. Power is transmitted in both directions between a capacitor Cs and the terminals TN1-TN2 on DC side so that the low frequency components of the input current at the terminals TN1-TN on DC side may be suppressed by this control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
