<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey desired fragrance even if a user environment varies for each user. <P>SOLUTION: A fragrance communication control server manages fragrance information that a fragrance generating device connected to a user terminal can generate. On receiving fragrance instruction information inputted from a transmission side communication terminal, the fragrance communication control server checks whether or not the fragrance generating device for the user terminal can generate fragrance designated by the fragrance instruction information and if possible, the server transmits fragrance instruction information to the user terminal.
