<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purging method and its device for a blast tuyere in a shaft furnace type waste melting furnace capable of preventing back flow of not only a furnace gas but also a molten matter in the furnace, even when blasting is suddenly stopped. <P>SOLUTION: Purge gas piping 11 for delivering a purge gas to the blast tuyere 8 is connected with the neighborhood of a blast tuyere 8 of oxygen-enriched air piping 7 at a downstream side of a blast tuyere header pipe 6, and the purge gas is delivered therefrom. Further, a pressure accumulator 12 for storing the pressurized purge gas, is mounted in the purge gas piping 11, so that the purge gas is delivered with pressure simultaneously with the stop of blasting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
