<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a lap outer pretensioner, reducing the arranging space for the lap outer pretensioner in the longitudinal direction of a car body as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This arrangement structure includes: a pair of right and let side sills 13; a seat disposed between the side sills 13; a lap belt 5 for constraining the waist of an occupant seated in the seat; and the lap outer pretensioner 10 extended in the longitudinal direction of the car body, connected to the end of the lap belt 5 and driven in the direction of fastening the lap belt 5 in a predetermined case.
