<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solar cell module that can suppress remaining of voids, moving of solar cells, or protruding of sealing resin from edge surface, and has good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a solar cell module where solar cells are sealed with resin between a transparent plate at the side of the light-receiving surface and the rear surface plate, a sealing operation is performed using a cross-linkable thermosetting resin as a sealing resin, which includes steps of: introducing the sealing resin in a container for sealing treatment, and then depressurizing the inside of the container for sealing treatment at a temperature at which the thermosetting resin is not melt (step 1); rising temperature to the melting point of the thermosetting resin or more, while depressurizing the container (step 2); rising pressure in the container for sealing treatment (step 3); rising temperature to a temperature range, where cross-linking reaction advances, to advance the cross-linking reaction (step 4), and cooling the temperature (step 5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
