<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic prize system for awarding prizes to customers collecting predetermined numbers of stamps, and capable of preventing illegal use of the stamps and surely acquiring customer information. <P>SOLUTION: Stamp IDs are created, registered, and converted into QR codes, which are then distributed to customers. The customer takes a picture of the QR code using a cellphone 1 and sends an email including the stamp ID to a server 1. When the stamp ID exists and is yet to be used, the server 1 registers the email sender's address and the stamp ID in association with each other. Once the number of stamp IDs has reached a certain number, the server 1 issues a scratch card ID and sends a URL with the ID embedded therein to the cellphone 5. When the URL is clicked, the server 1 sends the screen of a scratch card to the cellphone 5 according to the scratch card ID.
