PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the danger of secret information such as a log-in password being leaked from a public terminal. SOLUTION: A login accepting part 110 of a relay device 100 accepts a user ID from a public terminal 300 and an authentication requesting part 130 obtains the IP address of a mobile terminal 200 that corresponds to the user ID from a relay information storage part 120 and requests the mobile terminal 200 to input a password.
