PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proofing damper easy to manufacture and assemble to maintain good durability. SOLUTION: The vibration proofing damper comprises a support 10 having a recessed portion opening upward and a flexible bellows part 20 mounted at the upper end of the support 10 to close the recessed portion. Viscose fluid is filled in the recessed portion of the support 10 and in a space formed inside the bellows part 20. The bellows part 20 consists of a bellows body 21 having a bearing depressed area 21a depressed from the upper end and a plurality of thin protecting pieces 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d molded integrally with the bellows body 21 and protruded from the upper end of the bellows body 21 to encircle the opening of the bearing depressed area 21a.
