PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipator of a signal transmission member for a display device for not only smoothly dissipating heat from elements provided with the signal transmission member but also enhancing effect of element protection, and also to provide a plasma display apparatus provided with it. SOLUTION: The plasma display apparatus comprises: a chassis member for supporting a panel displaying an image; and a heat transfer support base as the heat dissipator of the signal transmission member for the display device for radiating heat generated from the signal transmission member provided with at least one mounting element to the outside in transmitting an electric signal with a circuit part driving the panel by providing a constant loose interval on the sash member. The heat transfer support base is connected while being contacted on the chassis member on one side, and connected while being contacted on the signal transmission member on the other side. The heat transfer support base comprises a base bottom part made of a heat conductive raw material and a groove part pulled in a direction of the chassis member from the base bottom part so as to be released from the outside without being in contact with the base bottom part by at least the mounting element.
