PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of stepped sections on the surfaces of a glass body and a frame body, to which the glass body is fitted, by eliminating the need for the frame body while maximally exposing a glass surface, and to fit a glass panel between a floor face and a ceiling with an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The glass panel 1 is composed of the glass body 2 having a plate-shaped square and a pair of upper-lower frames 3 and 4 directed towards the cross direction of the glass body 2 fixed on the rears of both upper-lower end sections. A pair of the upper-lower frames 3 and 4 are mounted on the fronts of panel supporters 9 and 10 secured to the floor face F and the ceiling R by fixing means 6 and 25. Consequently, approximately the whole surface of the glass body 2 are exposed to the front while the upper-lower end faces of the glass body 2 are fitted so as to be brought near to the floor face F and the ceiling R.
