PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device and its device having high accuracy capable of eliminating the possibility of mistaken detection even when inputting the noise generated at a random timing in a superposing manner in the operational state signal of an elevator detected by an elevator operational state detection means. SOLUTION: The power supply to a means to detect an operational state of an elevator is activated at a predetermined timing, the operational state signal of the elevator is maintained synchronously with the activation timing, and the elevator is controlled by the maintained operational state signal of the elevator.
