摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work transferring device and a transferring method suitable for enhancement of work positioning accuracy at a conveying truck side and a receiving position accuracy of a handling robot. SOLUTION: In the work transferring device 1, the work W is clamped and taken out by a hand 13 one by one from a work transferring truck 2 mounted with a plurality of works W and moving and transferred to the next process with the position aligned by the handling robot 3 as a work conveying device. Prior to clamping of the work W, a work guide as a guiding means engaging with the work W, correcting a relative position of the hand 13 and the work W and guiding a clamp portion of the work W to the clamp 17 of the hand 13 is provided on the hand 13, and the work position on the work conveying truck 2 is moved by the work guide 16 to correct the relative position of the both.
