PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulent opening of a board housing consisting of a back housing and a front housing, and to easily discover the fact of fraudulence if the board housing should be fraudulently opened. SOLUTION: The back housing comprises a flange part 55 and an insertion part 54 into which a fastening member 70 can be inserted. The front housing comprises an opening 65 and an engagement recess 65a to be engaged with the fastening member 70. The fastening member 70 comprises an abutting part 71 to abut to the inner surface of the flange part 55 and a fastening projection 72 fitted with the engagement recess 65a. The back housing and the front housing are fastened to each other so as not to be detached from each other as the flange part 55 of the back housing abuts on the abutting part 71 of the fastening member 70 and the engagement recess 65a of the front housing and the fastening projection 72 of the fastening member 70 are engaged with each other.
