PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arrangement structure of counter-type restaurants for eliminating customers' care to his/her belongings and for preventing customers from leaving the belongings. SOLUTION: The arrangement structure of restaurant 10 comprises counters 12 and chairs 20 arranged so as to face the counters 12. The chair 20 has a chair body 30 having legs 32 and a seat part 34, and a moving stand 22 slidably provided under the seat part 34. The moving stand 22 can be moved between a retracting position under the seat part 34 and a projecting position projecting from a position under the seat part 34 to the lateral side.
