The heat and power supply system has a combustion chamber (1) coupled to an internal combustion engine (2), which is itself coupled to a generator (3), and a filter (4) for the cooler. The combustion chamber, the generator and the engine are in a thermal and sound insulating housing (5) along with the heat pump (6). The exhaust system of the engine has a heat exchanger (7) which supplies thermal energy to the hot water tank (8).
